The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions and conference materials as well as coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner banquets from September 29 to October 2, 2025.
Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the registered email address.
Refund policy
Cancellation before August 10, 2025: 90% refund of fees paid
Cancellation before August 31, 2025: 50% refund of fees paid
Cancellation after September 1, 2025: no refund
